Camp Gauto – The Facility
Here you stay in cosy cottages and lodges with 2 to 12 comfortable beds. All the cabins have self-catering facilities and running water, toilet and shower, some even have a sauna. Bring your own bed linen and towels or rent in the reception. Make sure to clean the cabin on departure day if you haven’t bought that extra service (book 1 day ahead). There is also an amenities building with washing facilities, kitchen and sauna. We only allow pets in specific cabins, not for example in cabin 1 ,3 and 5.
Check-in from 15.00 and Check-out before 11.00.
In the reception, you can buy trail license, fishing permits, as well as fishing tackle, sweets, crisps etc. From year 2024 all sleds need to show a trail license, it cost 200 SEK for 1 week or 500 SEK for the year.
We can offer you to charge your electric car, contact the reception. You can book a boat, and in winter you can rent a snowmobile and snowmobiling equipment (see Winter).
The booking is confirmed when the booking fee of 20% (non-refundable) is paid.
